AtHere is the location-centric, voice-driven collaboration platform to streamline communication and collaboration among your own team members, as well as with the GCs and peer subcontractors on the multiple projects that you are involved with.
If the GC is also using AtHere, setup is breeze. If not, AtHere can integrate with most popular construction management suites to simplify your interactions and updates.

If the GC is using AtHere, you can automatically leverage their "locations hierarchy". If not, design the most appropriate hierarchy for your needs. What a location may represent depends on the property type: for example, apartments in multi-family; rooms in hospitality; stores in retail.
2
Each location of interest can be marked with a "location tape". Again, if the GC uses at here, you may leverage their location tapes. If not, place them on equipment or material that you control. Location tapes can be printed in many formats, sizes, removable, permanent or weatherproof materials. Each tape has a unique ID electronically encoded with IoT technologies like QR-Codes or NFC tags.

Foremen make productive walks, identifying issues, anticipating risks, delivering instructions, making field announcements. Then they assign responsibility for the issue. Recipients get notified, ask for clarifications, and collaborate towards fast resolutions. Upon satisfactory resolution, your designated supervisors close it.
6
All participants can track progress with daily logs, explore the overall status of the project from their personalized Dashboard. Drill down by trade, status, location, criticality. Provide your Subs with reports that can be linked to payment cycles. Identify trends, prevent problem recurrence, and forecast progress from real field data
Projects get delayed one unresolved issue at a time. Don't wait for a formal punch list walkthrough - make every walk productive.
Crowdsource quality control. See an issue? Anyone can document and assign it right then and there
With the current labor scarcity, if the person responsible for fixing an issue leaves your premises, it will take days for him to come back. Notify issues as soon as found.
According to the US Department of Labor, over 30% of the workers in construction are of Hispanic or Latino ethnicity. In some regions, the percentage is higher. Communicating with them in their language increases your project effectiveness.
